Terms of Service

Effective date: 2026-07-11 (current version)

These Terms of Service govern your use of this tool. The tool is an independent, self-service assistant that helps you organize evidence, assess how complete your materials are, and generate appeal letters for you to use yourself, in relation to specific charges on the Apple App Store / Apple billing. By using the tool, you agree to these terms.

Highlighted values are placeholders to be completed by the operating entity before launch.

1. About this service

This tool is operated by Keelstone Software LLC and is an independent tool — not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Apple Inc. It is not an Apple product or service.

The tool only supports refund appeals related to the Apple App Store / Apple billing. It does not handle other merchants, payment channels, or platforms.

The tool covers only two scenarios: being charged after cancelling a subscription, and a duplicate charge for the same item.

The service is currently available to users in the United States only.

2. What we do and do not do

We provide: evidence structuring, a readiness assessment, appeal letters, and a submission guide, for you to use yourself.

We do not log in to your Apple account on your behalf, and we do not submit the refund request for you; submission is always completed by you, directly with Apple.

The service provides assistance and materials, not a guaranteed refund. We do not guarantee Apple approves any refund — refunds are at Apple's sole discretion.

We do not provide legal advice, we are not a law firm, and we do not represent any official body. For legal advice about your specific situation, consult a qualified professional.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring the information and evidence you provide are truthful, accurate, and yours to use. The tool only states facts supported by the evidence you provide; it does not fabricate or exaggerate.

You complete submission and any follow-up with Apple yourself, and you are responsible for actions taken in your own account.

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction, or use the tool with the consent of a guardian.

4. Fees and refunds

The service is currently free: case setup, evidence structuring, the readiness assessment, appeal-letter generation, the submission guide, follow-up reminders, and data export are all provided at no charge.

If we introduce paid features in the future, we will clearly show the price before you are charged, and our separate Refund Policy will govern any refunds of those charges.

5. Intellectual property

The appeal letters generated for you are yours to use for your own case. The tool's software, templates, and interface belong to Keelstone Software LLC.

"Apple" and "App Store" are trademarks of Apple Inc.; the tool uses them nominatively only and implies no affiliation or endorsement.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The tool is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we make no express or implied warranty as to any outcome, including whether a refund is granted.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Keelstone Software LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the tool; its total liability shall not exceed the fees you actually paid for the case concerned.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming, USA.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes we will update the effective date on this page; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
